Orders & Payments

• All transactions are processed in USD via PayPal.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unlawful transactions.

Regulation & Responsibility

• Seller is responsible for inspection and phytosanitary certification in Indonesia.
• Customers outside the US may be required to provide import permits and follow local regulations.
• Taxes, permits, and compliance in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

• We pack plants according to international export standards. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by customs inspections, shipping delays, or regulations beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days before taking effect.
