  1. The plants arrive dead.
  2. The plants are significantly different from the description.

Requirements

  • Customers must provide photo and video evidence of the issue.
  • Refunds or returns are only applicable if the problem is caused by the seller.

Limitations

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by customs clearance, long-distance travel, or improper care after delivery.
  • If an order is canceled due to tax or import issues in your country, we do not accept returns or refunds for costs incurred.
