Shipping Coverage

• We ship worldwide, primarily to the USA.

Schedule

• Orders are shipped once a month.
• Cut-off date: usually the second week of each month.
• Shipment departs in the third or fourth week.

Transit Times

• From Indonesia to Florida hub: processing and clearance included.
• From Florida hub to customer (via UPS): approx. 3–5 business days.

Costs

• Shipping to the USA starts at USD 16 per plant.
• Other countries: please contact us for a quote.

Tracking

• UPS tracking number provided after shipment leaves the Florida hub.

Special Notes

• Some plants are delicate and may suffer minor transit damage.
• Customers are encouraged to choose the shipping upgrade option for better preservation.
• Import permits may be required for some countries.
